Total Peripheral Supplies has developed this policy to enable us to implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System.

Objectives

The objectives of our Quality Assurance System are to:

  • Supply services that meet our customer’s needs and expectations
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of quality is maintained in all endeavors

Operation

Our Quality Management System involves every person and applies to all aspects of our operations which enables us to:

  • Determine the needs of our customer and work consistently to meet those needs
  • Work with suppliers and sub-contractors to in order to assist them in providing us with quality components, products and services
  • Identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently
  • Continually improve our processes
  • Provide on going training, assistance and the equipment required to achieve our objectives
  • Verify the competency and efficiency of our management and control systems through internal and external quality assurance groups

Results

The results of our Quality Management System are to provide quality products and services that consistently and reliably satisfy our customers.

Our Quality Management System has been designed to conform to Australian Standards AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
